Returns&Exchanges
1.1 We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. So if you need to return your order, you have fourteen calendar days from the delivery date to request the return (Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, modified by Law 47/2002, of Decembre 19th).
1.2 To process the return, fill out the "request your return" form at the bottom of our website and send us an email to buenosnoches@deperle.es where you include:
- Your order number.
- A photo of your product showing that it is in perfect condition, has not been used and still has its original tags.
- The receipt delivery note or purchase receipt.
1.3 The first size change of the same model will have no cost to you.
1.4. As we produce on demand, at the moment we only accept size exchanges of the same model.
1.5 For a return to be accepted, the products to be returned must meet the following:
- They must be in the same condition in which they were delivered and must have the original labels and packaging.
- They must be returned using the same protective cardboard box in which it was received. If this is not possible, a similar protective box is acceptable to ensure the product arrives safely.
- The receipt note must be included in the package.
1.6 Once our team at deperle.es confirms your request, we will send you a courier label and a pro-forma invoice for you to attach to your package (this is necessary if you live outside the European Union).
1.7 Return costs will be borne by the user, unless the products are defective or incorrect. In the latter case, write to us at buenosnoches@deperle.es and we will tell you how to solve it as soon as possible.
1.8 If you have met the above requirements, Perlé will proceed to refund your order.
1.9 Remember that possible customs charges are not charged by Perlé and will depend on the laws of each country. Items purchased outside the EU are exempt from VAT.
Change of garment or size
- As we manufacture each piece especially for you (production on demand) we cannot always guarantee that we have stock of the same fabric to produce a new size. If we have fabric in stock, we can accept the size change as long as it is the same model.
- If you decide to make a size or product change, fill out the return form “Request your return” at the bottom of our website.
- If you prefer it to be delivered to a different address than the original order, just write to us at buenosnoches@deperle.es with the new address.
- Remember that if the original order address had any error or omission, Perlé cannot be held responsible for possible delivery problems.
