Shipping and delivery
We want you to receive your products in perfect condition and on time.
1. Before your package embarks on its dream journey, each item goes through rigorous quality control. Our Cortisol Hub (production) reviews every detail, takes photos and makes sure everything meets our high standards before it reaches your hands. This is important to keep in mind if for any reason you receive something damaged or defective.
2. With the purchase of your order you will receive an email containing the order number. Once received, our workshop will make your Perlé piece with great care.
We will try to ensure that the production and delivery time does not exceed 15-21 days.
3. When we have it ready and your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code, where you can track your order. Please note that the tracking link may take up to 24 hours to work. If you have an account on the deperle.es website you will be able to track your order in the "Order History" section for each order that has been shipped.
4. Once your package has shipped, we cannot change the address. For this reason, we recommend that you tell us an address where someone can receive the package during business hours. If the address has an error, has been omitted or you decide to change it while the package is en route, we cannot be responsible for possible delivery errors.
5. We consider that your order is delivered when the courier company has delivered it, according to its control system. If there is a delay and the responsibility is ours, you can cancel your order by following the procedure in the "Exchanges and Returns" section, and you will not have to worry about delivery and return costs. We do not consider delay if the order arrives on time but for some reason cannot be delivered.
6. If for any reason you are not at the delivery time, the courier company will make a second delivery attempt.
7. If after this entire process your order has still not arrived within 7 working days from the shipping date, write to us at buenosnoches@deperle.es. If you do not contact us, after 10 days your order will return to our facilities and you will be responsible for the shipping, return and any other associated charges. Remember that we are not responsible for possible delays at customs.
8. In case of loss of the order, our courier company will initiate an investigation, which usually takes approximately one to three weeks. We will contact you to decide the best way to proceed: whether we cancel the order and refund the costs already incurred, or whether we send you a new order at no additional cost. We want your shopping experience to be the best possible.
9. When your order arrives make sure everything is in good condition. If you see any bumps, breaks or damage, let the representative of the courier company know right away. Also, note any anomalies on the delivery note. If for any reason you discover a problem in the next 48 hours, write to us at buenosnoches@deperle.es.

Production and delivery time
Items produced on demand - We will try to ensure that the production and delivery time of the items do not exceed 15-21 business days.
Items in stock - It will take between 24-48 business days.

1. We dream of a more sustainable industry. Our dreamwear collections are made up of small capsules of slow manufacturing and craft products. Our production model is on demand, collaborating with local artisans and workshops and avoiding remaining stock.
2. When you place your order, our workshop begins the production of each piece. Under normal circumstances, production should take no more than two weeks. We will be very grateful for each of your orders, we appreciate your decision and patience, and we promise to ensure that each order is made with care and meets our quality standards.
*Please note that, depending on the order and country, you may have to pay local taxes and fees for which Perlé is not responsible. Refusal to pay such fees results in total cancellation of the order. Transport and customs clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Order Status
